Couples Counseling
I help couples who feel disconnected, stuck in painful cycles, or unsure how to bridge the distance that’s grown between them. Many of the partners I work with love each other deeply but have lost touch with the ease, safety, or understanding that once came naturally. Others are navigating big transitions — new identities, shifting roles, neurodivergence, nontraditional structures, or the aftermath of betrayal — and want to find their way forward together.
How I Can Help
My work with couples is grounded in emotionally focused and narrative approaches, helping you recognize the patterns that keep you apart and create new ways of connecting. We’ll slow down reactive cycles, explore the meanings beneath your conflicts, and build communication rooted in curiosity and care. Whether you’re hoping to rebuild trust, navigate differences, or strengthen intimacy, I offer a collaborative and affirming space where both partners feel seen and supported.
What I Offer
My couples work is inclusive and affirming of all relationship structures, orientations, and identities. I have experience supporting queer and neurodiverse partnerships, polyamorous and non-monogamous relationships, and couples exploring sexuality, faith, or identity transitions. Together, we’ll cultivate understanding, shared purpose, and the tools to sustain connection through change.
